Oklahoma Centennial Horse Show 1996 (4 years old)
rider Bonnie Macom (5'8")
Cherokee's training was started
in basic dressage. He is an incredible mover with a huge
stride. The Khemosabi "quick thinking mind" made
him a natural for this discipline. His sire, Khemonada, has multiple
national awards in Working Cow and Cherokee seems to have a
natural desire for this role also. His dam, Diamond Corteza,
was Top 5 Halter Mare-Scottsdale and Region 8 & 9 Halter
Champion. Cherokee did well in the few class "A"
shows he was shown at halter. He has a wonderful disposition
with an extremely quick mind and likes to learn.
